am a retired Head teacher and I began taking photos as
a hobby many years ago, though usually only while on holiday.
I am self taught and since my retirement have been able
to spend more time on my hobby - which is what it still
is although these days at least it is paying for itself!
Currently I use a Pentax MZ3 with, almost exclusively,
Fuji Velvia or Sensia slide film. Subjects include landscapes
with a special interest in Churches and other Historic
Buildings, Ancient Monuments and Memorials plus other
items of historic interest and Railways. I have extensive
coverage of Cornwall and other West Country locations
but I have other parts of Great Britain and Europe - especially
France.
