Martin Briggs
I
am 31 years old and have been taking photographs as a
hobby for about 13 years. About 4 years ago I completed
a City and Guilds course in Black & White developing
and now hand print all my own black & white work,
since then I have moved into wedding photography which
is now my full time job. In 2001 I acquired my Licentiate
with the BIPP and also have achieved merits for some of
my work. I have only recently begun to take stock photography
and started in Cornwall as it is a place I have loved
since my childhood holidays there. I am beginning to start
taking more pictures in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire as
this is where I am based but Cornwall and Devon are always
on my yearly visit list. I like to concentrate more on
coastal scenes and towns as well as country houses and
gardens.
