I
have been interested in photography since I was a teenager
& I have taken many photos during my travels, primarily
in the USA, in which I have visited 26 states. At
the time, it was not my intention to become a freelance
photographer, so unfortunately I was not using professional
film stock. Had I only known!
I
work full time in an Engineering job but I now use much
of my free time building up my freelance photography interests
as a sideline. For me, there is nothing quite like
visiting beautiful places, seeing interesting things,
taking photos of them and then having them published for
others to enjoy too. If freelance photography works
out for me, I will definitely give up the day job.
I
am currently based in Guildford, a historic & beautiful
city, but my wife & I would one day love to be based
in the West Country. Until then, I will continue
to travel around the UK trying to capture what is special
about our country.
